From BMW Vision iNext to BMW iX – a look ahead to the future

With the presentation of the BMW iX, the BMW Group turned a vision, in fact the BMW Vision iNEXT into reality. As the iX is still in the series development phase, the BMW Group provided us now with a first look ahead to the future. End of 2021 the iX will be launched on the market. It’s the first model based on the BMW Group’s new future toolkit. Besides the iX brings along a modern and advanced interpretation of design, sustainability, driving pleasure, versatility and luxury.

With the IX, BMW rethinks the Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) with a new concept. The iX combines the latest technologies in the field of electric mobility, automated driving and intelligent connectivity. The vehicle is built on a new, holistic sustainable approach in terms of aerodynamics, lightweight design and the use of natural and recycled materials.

We are highly impressed by the minimalist design and can’t wait to explore the BMW iX. Not only the driving experience is of interest for us, also to experience the new, spacious interior design putting the driver and car passengers at centre stage.
