The Polestar Synergy – an electric fantasy supercar from the latest Polestar design contest

Polestar brings winning design to life – introducing the Polestar Synergy, the electric fantasy supercar created from three prize-winning designs in the latest Polestar Design Contest. This unique collaboration between the winners and the Polestar Design team has resulted in a stunning, nature-inspired vehicle that combines performance and sustainability. The futuristic interior, with its floating single-seat design, puts control at the forefront.

Over 600 entries were received for the contest. After careful consideration, two exterior designs and one interior design were chosen as the winners.

The collaboration between the winners and the talented Polestar Design team spanned over six months, resulting in the creation of the Polestar Synergy. Inspired by nature and emotional durability, this futuristic supercar features a one-of-a-kind single-seat floating interior design with advanced controls at its core. Despite its compact size, standing at just 1.07 meters tall and 4.56 meters long, it showcases a silhouette that rivals even the most powerful internal combustion supercars.

The winning exterior designers, Devashish Deshmukh and Swapnil Desai, both from Paris, pushed the boundaries of design. Deshmukh's design drew inspiration from the elegance of a hammerhead shark, while Desai focused on combining emotional durability with timeless materials. In the interior, China-based designer Yingxiang Li incorporated a performance-oriented seating position, providing a sense of floating comfort and control.

Following its debut in Munich, the 1:1 scale model will embark on a tour across the United States, starting with an appearance at the esteemed Hot Wheels Legends Tour in El Segundo, California, on October 7, 2023. Car enthusiasts can look forward to experiencing the Polestar Synergy at various Polestar locations throughout the country.
