Sporty luxury – the new BMW 8 Series Coupé

The BMW 8 Series stands for design, dynamics, sportiness and luxury. Today, BMW unveils its facelift for the BMW 8 Series and its three body variants: Coupé, Gran Coupé and Convertible. The new BMW 8 Series is available from March.

We already had a look at the new BMW 8 Series Coupé. It has a very confident design with its elongated silhouette and powerful rear. The exterior of the new BMW 8 Series remains striking and expressive. It gets a redesigned vehicle front, has from now on as standard the illuminated BMW kidney “Iconic Glow” and new kidney bars with U profile emphasising the sportiness even more. Highlight of the new edition is the limited model THE 8 X JEFF KOONS that is going to celebrate its world premiere on 17 February 2022. THE 8 X JEFF KOONS embodies precision, sophistication and craftsmanship. On the exterior a multi-layer finish in eleven colours creates a highly expressive appearance. The interior is characterised by finest leather and other exquisite materials, alongside the use of rich red and blue tones of BMW M GmbH as well as an engraved artist’s signature.

With the new 8 Series, the M sport package will be part as standard further underling the dynamic and sportiness. The design, the clean lines and the aesthetics of the new BMW 8 Series are compelling. In addition new exterior colours will be available for the 8 such as M Portimao blue metallic seen here on the Coupé.

The dynamic of the BMW 8 also continues in the interior with the M leather steering wheel and further M specific design features. Comfort and luxury meet inside. Finest high quality materials are being used with a great option for individualisation. The BMW 8 Series Coupé presents a modern, first-class interior with supreme comfort.

The BMW 8 Series stands for innovative technologies such as safety and assistance systems being at the cutting edge. The new 8 gets a control display enlarged to 12.3 for even better usability and optimised connectivity. As we know from BMW everything is neatly and well arranged. The design of the new BMW 8 Series is coherent inside and outside. We can’t wait to show you more about the highlight of new edition of the BMW 8, the hand-painted, limited edition interpretation of the BMW M850i of Jeff Koons.
